Here's how we can save you Money on your NY LLC Publication
If you are forming a new LLC in New York STOP!
Let us form the LLC for you using our office county. this will allow us to publish in that county for a much lower price than most other counties. once publication is complete, we will automatically change the county to your place of business, all included in the low price of $695
If you've already formed your LLC in a more expensive county, we can still save you money!
We will correct the county to our office county and then publish in that county. Once publication is complete we will change the county back to the original county of formation. The amendments plus publication will only cost $495! (This does not include the formation of the LLC, only the amendment to an already existing LLC)
If you'd rather have your LLC listed and published under your business address's county we can still offer you the lowest prices available for that county's publication!
